Yung Rick fka GTK(Grow The Kingdom) is one of Dallas' most influential Christian Hip-Hop artists. He has produced one album and three mixtapes (which he aptly refers to as Rixtapes) with his sophomore album Love+Life set to drop on February 14, 2012.


The Texas native has an impressive performance resume that spans much of the United States. In the past four years Yung Rick has performed at Fla.vor Fest and was invited back for an encore two years later. He helped to Celebrate Freedom w/ Luis Palau in Dallas, TX and rocked the Rap Fest in The Bronx, NY. The Sonshine Festival in Miramar, MN resonated with his lyrical talents and he spit the Word at the The Show during GMA Week in Nashville, TN. Rounding out his mission, Yung Rick was invited to perform at the HHH Awards in Atlanta, GA.

Yung Rick was called by God to spit the gospel through hip-hop on May 2006..."Experiencing a void in my life I began to write a letter to God, in the form of a rhyme, professing my emptiness. At that moment he said 'the same thing I just used to bring you back to me, I want you to use to share the gospel'".
