Shakina Lewis aka Kina (The Prophetic Poet), Spoken Word Recording Artist, Youth Communicator, Speaker, Writer, Minister and Entrepreneur CEO of (K-Modulation, LLC “where words come alive”) started (K-Modulation) in (March 2009). (K-Modulation)'s mission is to teach and encourage the younger generation about the spoken word art form and to carry it to a mainstream audience while working with others. Shakina does that by creating and Coordinating Spoken Word, talents showcases and contests such as P.O.W Power of words. Shakina also will be Releasing her debut spoken word album and book of poetry geared toward youth entitled 'Childhood Dreams Poetry from a Child's mind'



Shakina also gives personal poetry lessons to youth and young adults teaching them how to express their thoughts through the vehicle of spoken and written word (the art of expression)



(K-Modulation) teaches and encourages people to find their unique voice through the art form of spoken word. K-Modulation was creating to break down the many parts of Shakina. Furthermore, through KM Shakina is creating inspirational items such as t-shirts, music, books and other products to encourage others. These products could be use and gifts for various occasions such as Christmas, Birthdays, Weddings and Valentine and so on.
