Can everyone speak in tongues...
My personal take...
1 Corinthians 12:8-10 lists the gifts of the Spirt.
In that list is speaking in tongues, and interpretation of tongues.
A person may have both, one, or none.
So no, I don't think that speaking in tongues is for everyone, just like UNDERSTANDING the spoken tongue isn't for everyone.
